Uppuma

What you need: 

Tastee-Wheat(1 cup) (semolina powder)
boiling water( 3 cups)
chopped onions
ginger
jeera(1/4 t)
2 dry red chilli-chopped
urad dhal(1/4t)
mustard seeds(1/4t)
oil
Curry leaves

What you do: 

Braise onion and spices(jeera,mustard seeds,urad dhal,chilli) in oil. Add ginger garlic Add Tastee-wheat and braise over low heat for about 5 minutes until Tastee-wheat browns slightly. Add boiling water and stir well to combine until smooth mixture attained. Garnish with fresh curry leaves and serve
