Ultimate Scrambled Tofu

What you need: 

1 pound extra firm tofu
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper, to taste

What you do: 

1. Crumble tofu into small or medium saucepan.
2. Add dry ingredients, and mix.
3. Add apple cider vinegar and mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot. Enjoy!
Source of recipe: A product of experimentation, and a 12+ year quest for the best scrambled tofu in existence.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This didn't work. It came out funny, so I added cumin, edible after that. I would skip the vinegar next time.

This was delish! I also added some soyrizo and it gave it a nice spicy kick. Will definitely make again.

Sounds sooo yummy! I think I'll make this for supper with some Soyrizo (soy-based vegan chorizo)

it was really good! this is going to be one of my main dishes to make from now on. All the meat eaters in my house enjoyed it too, they could hardly tell it wasn't egg.
