Tofu, Spinach, Tomato Pizza

What you need: 

vegan pizza or savoury pie dough

150 g tofu, pressed and crumbled

2 cups of spinach, chopped

4 slices of dried tomato

salt, to taste

olive oil, to taste

What you do: 

Preheat oven to pizza dough's direction. Put the dried tomato slices in hot water and let sit for 20 minutes, then cut into small "cubes". Press and crumble the tofu while waiting. Once all the ingredients are ready put them in a bowl and mix the tofu, spinach and tomato with pepper, salt and olive oil. Then, place the pizza dough on your counter and "fill" with the toppings. Fold the ends over. Bake for as long as the dough instructions say. Take out and eat warm(:
