Earl's Pesto Aspsaragus Pizza

What you need: 
  1. 1 thin pizza crust
  2. sun dried tomato pesto
  3. ½ cup of golden tomatoes, halved
  4. ½ cup of asparagus cut into 1” long pieces
  5. ¼ cup of red onion, diced
  6. 2 tbs. of minced Garlic
  7. 8-10 fresh basil leaves
  8. 2 cups of mozzarella or provel (for St. Louis style)
What you do: 

1.     Pre heat your oven to 400 for thin crust

2.     Spread a thick layer of the pesto on the crust

3.     Apply a very thin layer of cheese, about a ¼ cup

4.     Add the garlic, then the asparagus, onions, and golden tomatoes

5.     Finish off with the rest of the cheese

6.     Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown

7.     Remove from the oven and top of with the basil leaves
