Tofu Burrito

What you need: 

1 (12 ounce) package extra firm tofu, cubed
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
12 corn tortillas, warmed

What you do: 

1. Add tofu to a frying pan on medium heat. Add soy sauce, and let tofu cook for 5 minutes.
2. Add mushrooms, carrots, red pepper, and onions. Cook for 10 minutes or until tofu looks done.
3. Put tofu mixture over tortillas.
The tortillas may fall apart, if so eat like vegan bread with meal.
