Tastee Chik'n Wrap

What you need:

1 tortilla wrap... I used sprouted grain
vegan cream cheese... I used Tofutti herbed
1 chik'n patty... I used Gardenburger 'cutlet'
olive oil
1/4 green pepper
1/4 medium white onion

What you do:

Put frying pan on medium heat with about 2 or 3 tablespoons of oil ( I used olive, but any will do). Add cutlet.
Slice up a bit of green pepper and onion into fajita-type slices (strips), as much as you want, just make sure it's not so much your wrap overflows. (of course, if you want it to overflow, go for it).
Add pepper and onion to oil, too... they'll cook alongside the cutlet. Cook cutlet about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until done. You might need to leave the peppers in a bit longer than the cutlet, like 2-3 additional minutes.
Meanwhile, spread cream cheese on one side of wrap (you have to touch the other side when you hold it).
When cutlet is done, carefully slice into similar strips, fajita style. Watch out it’s hot!
When cutlet, peppers and onions are all done and sliced, toss ‘em on your wrap. Shuffle those strips down the middle of the tortilla. Wrap it into a burrito-shape (or something you can hold), and eat it. The cheese helps it stick together, and its is mighty tastee!
