I roasted my cauliflower with some slices of onions.  At the end I threw in some chopped parsley!  Delicious!  Thank you so much for the yummy recipe! It was a hit.

i just made this an im not sure what happened but it was extremely salty. i didnt use salt or pepper but added some nutritional yeast and ended up having to put some water in it to tone it down. which then made it really runny. it ended up tasting alright, still too salty though  :-\

I was afraid to try this because I am having tahini hang-ups...  the stuff I bought is kind of bitter.

I totally overcooked my cauliflower but that's not the fault of the recipe.  I guess it will take a little experience to cook it just right.  All the same, even though it's all kinda fallen apart...  Wow, I really like it!  I have been looking for something interesting to do with cauliflower for a while now.  This totally fits the bill and it's EASY.

I am thinking I will want to try this sauce the next time we roast some asperagus (sp) - I think it would be good on that, too.  Will have to try it with roasted tahini, too, so as not to risk overcooking in the interest of making the tahini not bitter.
