1 large cauliflower head
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
juice from 1 large lemon
salt and pepper, to taste
1. Place whole cauliflower in large pot, and cover with boiling water. cook until tender. Strain, cut into small florets, and place in empty pot.
2. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl, pour over the cooked cauliflower, mix well.
3. Cook for 5 minutes. over medium heat. Can be served hot or at room temperature.
