Sweet Potato Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

What you need: 

1 medium raw sweet potato, cubed

1 handful of carrots

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp cinnamon 

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 inch piece of ginger, if desired

sweetener, such as Stevia, if desired

What you do: 

1. Throw everything into a blender and blend until a smooth consistency. 

Note: You can heat this up for a warm treat or add in ice cubs if you like it cold. Sometimes I will add in greens, such as spinach, but it ruins the pumpkin pie color of the smoothie!
