Super Easy Asparagus!
What you need:
1 pound asparagus, washed and snapped in half
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon garlic powder
What you do:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Place asparagus in a sealable container. Add olive oil, nutritional yeast, and garlic powder, and shake it all up.
3. Pour it all out onto a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
Enjoy! Now wasn't that easy?
Obviously this recipe is really easy to tweak. You can add any other spices you like. You can also scale it down, I often make just one portion and bake it in the toaster oven. Have fun!

I just love this recipe. Its a winner every time. I like to add a bit of salt and pepper. Its very easy and extremely delicious. I've made this about 6-7 times already. Infact, its in the oven now and I can't wait (drooling). Thanks for posting this dish!
I love this recipe. Its quick, easy and yummy. I even have some in the oven at this moment. Thanks!
Thanks for this recipe! It was totally easy to make and way tasty! I really really loved the asparagus like this!!!
This was simple and delicious. I put some mushroom halves in the oven as well, and they all turned out spectacular.
pretty good... dipped mine in some vegan ranch <3 .... 4 out of 5 stars
this was way tasty. made it for mother's day and the whole non-veg fam loved it. making it again tonight!
super tasty. i used less nutritional yeast and added a splash of lemon juice when it came out (cause aspargus=lemon juice for me) but really really fab. thanks.
Oh my gosh, I can't believe there aren't more reviews on this. So simple, and soooo tasty! I used frozen asparagus (all I had) and this came out amazingly good for being so easy. I first mixed the asparagus with the olive oil and a little bit of lemon juice, then sprinkled the nut yeast and about 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt on it, making sure it all got some, and baked for about 15 minutes or so. Yummy, easy way to do asparagus. Thanks! Oh yeah, and I just left mine whole. =)
OMG! This was amazing! I am definately making this again! I wonder if it can go with other vegetables rather than asparagus? I used garlic salt rather than garlic powder. I can't believe that I ate a whole bunch of asparagus, as in one of those bunches you buy at the grocery store wrapped up in rubber bands. I loved this, thank you so much for the recipe. I wish I had taken a picture now.
