Sunflower Tacos

What you need: 

2 corn tortillas
2 tablespoons salsa
2 tablespoons shelled sunflower seeds
2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
1/2 cup veggies (I like lettuce, bell peppers, shredded broccoli)

What you do: 

1. Heat corn tortillas and spread salsa on each tortilla.
2. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and nutritional yeast. Add veggies and enjoy!
I think this is a really yummy and quick breakfast.
