Substitute for Eggs in Baking
What you need:
one heaping tablespoon of soy flour
one tablespoon water to replace each egg
What you do:
Soy Flour can replace eggs in baked goods and casseroles. This is great when camping. Simply add one heaping tablespoon of soy flour (I use Arrowhead Mills Brand) and one tablespoon water to replace each egg.
