Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Smoothie

What you need: 

2 ribs rhubarb (smallish/tender)
2-4 strawberries
2 tablespoons date syrup (soaked dates blended with water)
1-2 dashes cinnamon

What you do: 

1. Blend to desired consistency.
2. Add water as needed.
Delicious and easy! Any of you Northwesterners with easy access to rhubarb should indulge in this amazing, tasty and gorgeous treat!
