Spinach Dip

What you need: 

6 cups spinach
1/2 cup tahini
2 medium tomatoes
1/2 cup onion
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

What you do: 

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I ate this dip before I could take a picture.  I would recommend this for anyone looking for a nice, light dip.
