Spicy Tomatoes and Peppers

What you need: 

1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small yellow onion
1 green jalapeno
2 small red jalapenos
1 yellow or orange bell pepper
2 small orange tomatoes
2 small yellow tomatoes
Cajun seasoning
3 to 4 cups cooked brown rice

What you do: 

1) Dice onion finely. Remove seeds and stems from red and green jalapenos and dice finely.
2) Heat olive oil in a wok or frying pan and saute onion and jalapeno peppers until onions are transparent.
3) Chop tomatoes and bell pepper into small cubes and add to onions and jalapenos. Cook mixture uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve with brown rice.
Source of recipe: I was playing around in the kitchen, and this is what I came up with, based off Taris Peas and Rice.
