Simple Hummus
What you need:
1 16 oz can garbanzo beans, drained and well rinsed
3 cloves sliced garlic
juice of 1 small lemon
3 teaspoon tahini
What you do:
Mix in food processor or blender till creamy! (Water added if necessary)
Delicious appetizer or light meal alone with warm pita, as a veggie dip or in cucumber sandwiches...
In a rush? Wonderful for any occasion!
