Sesame Seed Milk

What you need:

1 Cup sesame seeds, whole

3 Cups ice-cold water

1 tbsp Agave Nectar

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

What you do:

First, ground up your sesame seeds in a coffee grinder

Second, blend the water, vanilla and agave along with the sesame seeds

Third, enjoy! I don't even see the need to filter anything

Optional: Add spices, such as cinnamon, nutmeg, molasses, cocoa powder, etc.

Very nutritious milk, tastes really good and is really cheap/fast to make! You can play with the ratios, but I basically use a 1:3 ratio of seeds to water. If I only want one cup-ish, I will simply do 1/3 cup sesame seeds with 1 cup of water. Don't abuse too much of it though! One cup of sesame seeds has roughly 50% of the saturated fats you should eat in one day
