Seitan Stirfry
What you need:
10 oz sliced seitan
1 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup sliced green pepper
3 sliced white mushrooms
1 cup frozen green beans
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soul seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 servings white or brown rice
What you do:
Cook rice according to directions. In a wok heat oil add onions, peppers, seitan, and add salt. Cook until ingredients begin to brown, then add green beans, garlic, mushrooms, and soul seasoning cook for four minutes. Serve over hot rice.
