Remoulade

What you need: 

1/4 cup spicy mustard
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 teaspoon vegan Worchestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons paprika
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
dash cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
salt, to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup celery, minced
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1/2 tablespoon white onion, diced
1/2 tablespoon green onion, minced
1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon capers

Combine all ingredients well.
