Red Pepper and Hemp Hummus

What you need: 

2 – 15 ounce cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/3 red bell pepper
1 to 2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons hempseed
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoon nutritional yeast (optional)
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
Salt, to taste

What you do: 

1) Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and combine until smooth.

Preparation Time: 
10 minutes
Servings: 
6 to 8
