"Raw" Hot Chocolate

What you need:

1 tablespoon raw cocao nibs, pulverized
Agave nectar/sweetener, to taste (optional)
8 ounces water

What you do:

1) In a coffee grinder (or a blender or food processor), take you nibs and grind until powder-like. Heat hot water and steep your nibs until the flavor is the desired strength. Feel free to add some agave nectar.
Really, it's more like a chocolate tea than anything, but it's fun. My apologies if the brew seems to call for more nibs than recommended.
Source of recipe: This was something I experimented with, and it's actually rather satisfying. No, it's not exactly raw, but as healthy a hot chocolate as you'll probably get.
