Ranch Dressing

What you need:

2 cups favorite vegan mayo
1 tablespoon minced roasted garlic
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1 teaspoon green onion
1 teaspoon fresh flat-Leaf parsley
1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
1/2 cup plain soy milk
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon or vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 fresh ground black pepper

What you do:

In a food processor, combine first 7 ingredients. Process until the garlic and herbs are pureed or minced depending on how you like your dressing.
With the processor on slow, pour in the soymilk and lemon/vinegar and season with the salt and pepper.
The dressing will be thick so if you like it a little thinner just add a little more soymilk. Also, if you don't have the fresh herbs on hand, dried will do.
Keep this dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Will keep about a week.

why do u have roasted and fresh garlic.  could I just use all fresh?

this was probably one of the easiest "ranch" recipes ive ever tried...and it came out pretty good! i didnt add vinegar to the recipe though because i figured nayonaise was pretty vinegary enough...and i was came out perfect! thanks for the recipe!  ;D

A note about the cucumber ranch: the best way to find out if it has animal products, is to see if it has a kosher supervision. Most kraft products are under the OU (you will see a U in a circle on the bottom part of the label).  Any kosher supervision that does not specifically have a label of 'glatt' for meat products or a d for dairy will be completely without animal products.  Jews who keep kosher are very strict not to mix meat and dairy, so all of our kosher products are very strictly labeled.  to see the word "parve" next to the supervision label means it has no animal products. please do not confuse it with a little 'p' next to the supervision which means it is for passover use, and may still be labeled glatt or dairy also.  I hope this helps everyone.
