SO HOW'D IT GO?
Really Really Really Good Just made this for the first time, with minimal adjustments. I like masala, but the 1/2 tsp was too much for me and my husband. So I eneded up adding two more cans of green beans, some extra crushed tomatoes, and some left over edamame that I had from the day before, and a little extra curry powder, and it turned out perfect. Also, I'm not sure what a "tin" is....but I assumed it meant regular 14-15oz can, so that's what I used for a "tin". Also, I did not add the water. Will definietly be making this again.
;)b I found this to be surprisingly good! I needed a quick meal and had some tomato wraps on hand. I threw in some ripe olives and a handful of raisins just for fun. I took one wrap, arranged a bed of leafy greens on it and then put the chickpea curry on top. Then I folded it up and had a really good and satisfying meal with just a few minutes of prep. Thanks for this idea!
