Quick Blender Fruit Sorbet

What you need:

frozen unsweetened raspberries
frozen unsweetened cherries
frozen unsweetened mango chunks
frozen unsweetened strawberries
frozen *banana chunks
dash of soy milk (optional)

What you do:

*If you use banana, peel banana, break into chunks and freeze for at least two hours.
Put any or all of the above in a blender or food processor. If it's too solid to blend, add either soymilk, juice, or a store bought vegan fruit smoothie.
I've never tried it but I'm sure you could also freeze peach, papaya, and a whole lot of other fruit.
My favorite is to simply blend frozen mango with a couple of tablespoons soymilk.
This melts quickly but it's so delicious it won't last long anyway.

Simple and awesome. I used cherries, banana chunks and a few strawberries with a splash of orange juice. I did, however, get brain freeze from eating it too fast...

I used strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peach, a banana and a little bit of lemon juice.  Taste great and healthy!

Just tried this with frozen raspberries, equally good!

I just used frozen mango chunks for this and it was so good. I also added a little bit of sugar (and some vanilla soymilk to thin it out a bit).

mmmmmmm
