Pumpkin Muffins

What you need: 

1 cup ( 250ml) Multi-grain flour 

1 cup (250 ml) all purpose flour

2 tsp (10 ml) baking pownder 

1/2 tsp (2 ml) baking soda

1/2 tsp (2ml) salt

3/4 tsp (4ml)  ground cinamon

3/4 tsp (4ml) ground ginger

pinch of nutmeg

1/2 cup (125 ml) brown sugar

1/2 cup  grapeseed oil

3/4 (175ml) unsweetened pumkin puree

1/4  cup (50ml) soy milk

1/2 cup (125 ml) raisins, dates, dried cranberries

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1/4 cup raw sunflower

2 tsp (25 ml) flax seed



Peel and boild two apples , drain and smash  



What you do: 

1) Put together flour, baking pownder, baking soda , cinamon and ginger . Mix

2) In other container mix  apple sauce, sugar , oil, pumpkin and soy milk

3) Mix dry  and wet  portions adding fruit and nuts.


Preheat the oven to 400 F ( 200C)

cover the mold a little bit of oil ( grapeseed oil)  scoop the mix and bake for 25 mins
