Potato breakfast

What you need: 

Potatoes, diced (I prefer golden or red)

Onions, diced (I prefer sweet golden)

garlic, minced

Bell pepper, diced



galric powder


olive oil

green onions (opt.)

cayenne pepper (opt.)

What you do: 

Have everything chopped and ready to cook. 

Heat oil on medium heat. Sauté onions until soft then add garlic and bell peppers. 

Add potatoes and seasonings to taste and mix well. Add tomatoes, stir, cover and turn low heat. 

Stir occasionally so it doesn't burn. Finished when potatoes are soft. 

Garnish with fresh green onion (optional)

add cayenne pepper if you want this spicey! I'm the only one that likes it spicy around here so I add it last to my bowl. 

Can also add ketchup !
