Poppy Seed Noodles
What you need:
2oz package instant noodles
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
2 teaspoons vegan margarine
salt to taste
What you do:
Soak poppy seeds in 1 tablespoon of water.
Prepare noodles according to package instructions.
In a saucepan melt margarine and add poppy seeds. When they start to pop, add drained noodles and mix well. Salt to taste and serve with veggies of your choice.

I'm not sure about the noodles. Does a regular grocer sell these? Do you have a preferred brand? And...what kind of green veggies are those?
these are Ramen type noodles indeed. Here in Europe we have this Rollton brand that are made in Russia, but it doesn't really matter. I'm sure all instant noodles are more or less the same.
the green veggies is romanesco broccoli. it's prettyer than regular broccoli but tastes the same. ;)

I've been discovering a whole new world by being vegan. The recipes here on VegWeb are what has made the transition easy. I have to say, sometimes the ingredients are absolutely foreign to me. Ramen, I know Ramen :)
