Poor Girls Rice

What you need: 

1 serving rice (any kind)
2 tablespoons veggie Oil
lite soy sauce (to taste)
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)

What you do: 

Put oil in a non-stick skillet and place stove on high. When hot, add the rice and stir every so often. Keep an eye on this, don't walk away.
After a little while, turn oven down to med or med-high. Add salt and pepper. Keep stirring. Next add a little bit of soy sauce at a time. Be careful because different brands of soy sauce may have stronger flavors and you don't want to overdo it.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I make this all the time!!  I found that it is a great substitute for the habachi rice that my son is addicted to!!  I add green onions if we have them, or if not, just garlic and oinion powder.  Yum!
