Pizza Crust in a Flash

What you need: 

2 cups flour
1 cup warm water
1/2 cup olive oil

What you do: 

Place all ingredients in a leak-proof container. Close and shake well. Ready! Just line a pizza pan and top with your favourite yummies!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

So, I've never made pizza crust before. This as my first experience was not good. First off, I ended up mixing the dough by hand because my lid leaked. Then I had no idea how long to cook the pizza, or what temperature, or if I should pre-bake. I didn't pre-bake and I think it was a mistake. The tomato sauce ended up making this awful gummy layer under the toppings, and below that was a stiff layer. Regardless of the texture due to my mistakes, this DEFINITELY needs more flavor. I added some herbs, but it needed more, and salt. So even if I make this again, I will be adding something to make it not super bland.
