Pina Colada Tofu Shake
What you need:
1/3 brick silken tofu
8 oz soy milk
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup pineapple (fresh or canned)
1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
What you do:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
This makes a delicious, rich shake
