Orange-Cranberry Bread

What you need: 

1/2 cup dried cranberries
zest from 1 orange
2 cup white bread flour
2 cup whole wheat flour
1 packet/2 1/4 teaspoon yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2-3 teaspoon cinnamon
juice from the orange plus water to make 1 1/2 cups

What you do: 

Follow usual procedures (oat vegan bread cycle helps). I think this ones a bit higher, something like 80 cal, 0.6 g fat/ounce.

This is delicious! My dad had an orange muffin he was buying from his work cafeteria and wanted a healthier version of it. I tried this and put 3/4 a cup of sugar, whole wheat flour, and 1/4 cup of fresh orange sliced and put in the blender, and 1/4 cup of oj concentrate instead of regular orange juice.  It's wonderful and he loves it! Thanks!
