My Mom's Mashed Potatoes

What you need: 

8 red creamer potatoes
6 tablespoon vegan butter
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
fresh ground pepper, to taste
fresh rosemary, to garnish

What you do: 

1. Place potatoes in a pot of water and boil until tender. Once tender, strain the potatoes until warm (but not cold or extra hot!).
2. Place potatoes in a large bowl and mash with fork until thoroughly mashed. Add in the butter and spices (except rosemary). Combine until well mixed.
3. Taste to see if you need any more butter or other spices. It should be buttery and one should get a hint of that garlic salt and nutmeg. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
