Mom's Pasta Salad

What you need: 

2 packages of spiral pasta
fresh ground pepper and garlic salt to taste
2-3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1-2 tablespoons mustard
1/2 a bottle of Kraft Fat Free Italian dressing
1/2-3/4 cup Vegenaise
8 oz. drained and crumbled firm tofu

What you do: 

My mother invented it, passed it on to me and I RE invented it.
1. Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain thoroughly in a colander.
2. Transfer noodles to a bowl and add the Italian dressing, red wine vinegar, and coat mix with pepper and garlic salt. Mix well but gently.
3. Add the mustard and once again mix in (a tablespoon at a time) well but gently.
4. Add the Vegenaise and crumbled tofu; mix well but gently once again until mix is coated evenly.
Chill in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
This recipe makes one big bowl full and is great to serve at get-togethers! Enjoy.
