Megan Elizabeth's Apple-Date Treats

What you need: 

3–5 Apples, sliced sandwich style

1 carrot, shredded
2 cups of dates, soaked and blended
1/2–1 banana
Dash of cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice
What you do: 

1. Soak 20 dates in water for 20 minutes.
2. Drain dates and add to blender.
3. Chop carrots into blender along with dates, banana, add the spices, lemon juice and a dash of water to easily blend. Blend until you create a paste consistency.
4. Cut apples into sandwich style slices to make. Spread date sauce between two slices of apple.
