Meatless Meal in a Bowl

What you need: 

4 cups torn fresh spinach
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup cherry tomatos, halved
1 small cucumber, sliced
1/2 small red onion, think sliced and sperated into rings
1 16oz can garbanzo beans, drained
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
dressing of own choice
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

What you do: 

Place spinach in salad bowl; top with cauliflower, mushrooms, tomatos, cucumber, onion, bean and nuts. Mix dressing in and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
