Ma's Good Ol' Banana Bread

What you need:

1 3/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup pure sugar
1/3 cup Earth Balance margarine
3 teaspoons EnerG Egg replacer + 4
1 tablespoon warm water
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (I usually just use 2 - 3 bananas without measuring)

What you do:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cream sugar, softened margarine, mashed Bananas and egg replacer. (I use a whisk and small container for mixing the egg replacer first before adding it to the others.)
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add flour mixture to creamed ingredients and mix together.
Pour mixture into a greased standard sized loaf pan.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on your oven.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I'm not sure why it posted the way it did, but it should say 4 Tlbs. warm water - not one.
