Lisa's Chocolate Cake

What you need: 

1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup oil
1 cup cold water
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vinegar

What you do: 

This recipe comes from my mother's friend, and I didn't even have to veganize it! Its probably THE most moist cake I've ever had.
Mix first eight (all but vinegar) ingredients well.
Add the 2 tablespoons vinegar and mix quickly until mixed well.
Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

THANK YOU! This is my first birthday as a vegan and I asked my mom to make this cake. It just came out of the oven and smells and looks delicious. Thanks for posting this recipe I am so excited!  ;D

this was delicious! i made it into cupcakes and topped with a peanut butter frosting. as promised, very moist. it made approximately 8 cupcakes.
