Lisa's Chocolate Cake

What you need: 

1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup oil
1 cup cold water
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vinegar

What you do: 

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix first eight ingredients well (all but vinegar).
2. Add the 2 tablespoons vinegar and mix quickly until mixed well.
3. Bake for 25 minutes.
This recipe comes from my mother's friend, and I didn't even have to veganize it! It's probably the most moist cake I've ever had.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Thanks to my co-worker that told me about this recipe, I made this cake for my parents and husband yesterday. 3/4 of the cake was eaten in one day! They love how moist it tastes. I used carob powder in the place of the cocoa and I topped the cake with carob chips for decor. I will definitely be making this cake again!  :D
