Lime Thyme Dressing/Marinade

What you need:

1 large bunch thyme
1 bunch basil, chopped (I used purple Thai sweet basil)
1 small bunch mint, chopped (I used peppermint & spearmint mix)
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1/2 bunch cilantro or parsley
about 1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 - 3/4 cup water
3 tablespoons sugar
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
juice and zest of 3 limes
1/2 teaspoon salt
generous squirt of sriracha or other hot sauce (optional)

What you do:

Combine everything in a blender and blend until smooth and thoroughly mixed. Use as salad dressing, marinade, or stirfry sauce. Enjoy!
*note* I made this a few weeks ago and am trying to remember what I did off the top of my head.. if its too sour add more sugar, if its too thick add more water/oil
I actually used this mixed w/ some peanut butter and coconut milk as a pizza sauce for a Thai type pizza.. it was great!
