SO HOW'D IT GO?
Wow, cool post. I’d like to write like this too – taking time and real hard work to make a great article… but I put things off too much and never seem to get started. Thanks though.

This is delish... I made mine with black lentils and this had a surprisingly cheesy taste... This is a keeper. :D
I didn't really like it. After I added some soy sauce and a roasted red pepper, it was edible, but I wouldn't make it again. It was also a bit too thin for my tastes.
This was really good. I added some spices to give it some heat. I think I like it better then chickpea hummus. A nice change of pace for a hummus loaver like me. Thank you for sharing this recipe. ;)b
very good. i have been enjoying this in my sandwiches for lunch over the past week. it's a nice change from chickpea based hummus and i will make it again. i used red lentils and added paprika.
This is AMAZING!!! I cooked up only one cup of dry lentils and it made a HUGE batch. This is the most economical glamor food recipe on the planet!!
I took a photo before it disappears.
This needs to be on the VegWeb top recipes list!
Made it today,
very creamy! I used brown lentils. Not sure what the difference is?
I thought it was a bit bland so added more garlic powder & corriander
I have to try it :-)
this is a great idea! why didn't I think of this? :>
Seriously Delish! I only used a spalsh of olive oil and it was still wonderful. :)>>>
