SO HOW'D IT GO?

These are so good, but I have a couple of recommendations. First, don't oversalt them! I did, and some were inedible. They'll shrink a bit, so keep in mind your salt will condense. Second, I had to bake them a lot longer than the recipe said...maybe 25 minutes or so? I just kept trying them until I thought they were done. My boyfriend gives a big thumbs up ;)b on these! I made chana masala the next day and he put the chips on top of it and it looked quite professional! haha.

Oh my gosh! Amazing! I ended up just ripping the bunch into chip size, half was regular salted and half was spicy...So incredibly addictive :)>>>

The first batch I tried were not so good. Then, I added hot sauce, a bit of chili powder, coarse salt, pepper, tumeric & cooked them a couple minutes longer (17-18 min)...much better...more like "potato chips"  ;)b

So good! I'm in love. Perfect for when you're craving something salty and crunchy.

I made these as a healthy snack for my daughter's play date and I had to stop her from eating them all before her friends arrived.  They're that good!  And easy too -- especially since I'd bought the kale already de-stemmed and chopped.

Only a couple things to note: I made a double batch and they took considerably longer than 10 minutes to bake.  And my hubby thinks they make a stinky smell when they bake.

I just wanted to add one more thing.  I put a tray of kale in my dehydrator and they turned out even BETTER! Because sometimes mine would be bitter because I over cooked them.  They were done in 3 hours @ 135.

I haven't made these in a while! When I made these today I had a brilliant idea. I was too lazy and tired to try and figure out a awesome spice combo, so I thought I would just toss them in some aisan ginger viniagerette salad dressing (not too much, just lightly coated them).  I almost died when I ate them, soooooo amazing! I'll probably be making these everday for a week  :)>>>
