SO HOW'D IT GO?
;)b these are so so so so so so good!!! i have made them four times this week! and i researched kale; it's rediculously good for you! i have decided that i like kale so much that i have been cooking it regularly. the only change i made was to use refined coconut oil for the high heat and i also sprinkled granulated dulse on it for a nice salty kick. :)>>>
Great snack... I liked them so well I put them in tupperware and took them to a friends house after they cooked... and when we ate them they were soggy and not crispy at all. Note to self: Do not travel with crispy kale. But this is an amazing way to eat greens. HOORAY!!!!
These were awesome! The pictures kind of freaked me out, but after reading the reviews, I went out and bought two bunches of kale. I made some last night and loved them so much, I had to make more today. Thank you!!
These were so neat! I made them as my "trying kale for the first time" recipe. So easy and so good! It's amazing how light and crispy they get. Definitely making these again. :)
Making my mouth HAPPY!!! ;D Just what I need...another addiction! These are fantastic to say the absolute least! My kids loved them...ate them right off the pan and I only got two of them. :( The only negative thing I can think to say is that there is just no way to make enough of them...my poor oven is too too small. As a way to add a little more flavor to these (not that they needed it, but my kids loved the "messed with" ones just as much as the original ones) I added some toasted sesame seeds on just one half of the seasoned kale after spreading it out on the cookie sheet. Delicious, Delicious, Delicious!!! Man these are good...and they do really really taste just like potato chips to me and the kids too. What a recipe! Wow! :o :D ;D
:D Wow, these were amazing! I wasn't sure if i would like them since people seem to either love them or hate them on the board so, I just used half a bunch of kale. I ate all of it in a few minutes, it was so good. I will definitely make them again.
I have never made these with kale before, but I just made these with some leftover beet and radish leaves, and WOW! They are scrumptious. My two year old has almost finished a whole batch on his own. The only thing I warn about, is with the kids, these are a BIT of a mess! ;D I'm thinking that pretty much any leaf with some flavor will work great with these. Also, I added in a little garlic powder, I don't think they needed it, I think the greens and salt and cider do the trick a plenty.
These were good! I added too much salt ( I think each pan needs 3/4 tbs). They also need to be baked at least 15 minutes to all get crispy. : )
Just made these and they were very good - I (as per usual) added too much salt to coat them but they were awesome. Kale is awesome. Thanks for this!
I baked them at 350 for about 13 minutes. I spread them out in a single layer and they all came out about the same consistency. I like the texture. Kind of reminds me of dried seaweed (which is also quite good). Need to try whipping these up with other flavours too. Nice.
I gave this a try, but only some of the kale dried up into a "chip" and even then it took 30 mins, not 10. Is the temp (350 degrees) correct?
