Italian Cucumber "Cream Cheese" Sandwhich

What you need: 

1-2 tablespoons vegan cream cheese
1-3 teaspoons Italian spices (I use McCormick Italian herb grinder)
pinch salt
pinch garlic powder (I use McCormick roasted garlic grinder)
2 slices rye bread
1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced

What you do: 

1. Scoop the desired amount of cream cheese into a small dish. Add spices, to taste.
2. Spread cream cheese mixture on both sides of bread. Place the thinly sliced cucumber slices on 1 piece of bread.
3. Place other piece of bread on top and cut into small squares.
Enjoy!

This was yummy. Thanks, I have tried the cream cheese before, but the itaian spices really amped up the flavor!
