Healthy Breakfast Dessert

What you need: 

1. 2 slices of plain Ezekiel bread 

2. 1/2 banana

4. 1 1/2 tbs Almond butter

3. Cinnamon (as much as you like)

 

What you do: 

1. Toast your Ezekiel bread 

2. Spread almond butter evenly across both slices of bread

3. Chop your banana into coins and place across  one slice

4. Sprinkle some cinnamon across both slices 

5. Close your sandwich and enjoy!
