Garlicky Caesar Dressing

What you need:

4-5 cloves garlic, mashed
1 teaspoon good red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon water
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1-2 drops hot pepper sauce

What you do:

Mix or blend all ingredients together.
When I eat out, I always order their lowfat salad dressing on the side, and either vinegar or lemon. Then, I mix about 1-2 teaspoons of the lowfat dressing with the straight vinegar or lemon. This adds lots of flavor and additional cling with just a little bit of fat.
Source of recipe: Specifically, from VT, I've adapted this recipe (basically I simply eliminated the oil they listed).'
