Fruity Green-ey Smoothie

What you need:

1 small red apple
1 celery stalk
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk (approximately)
4 large strawberries (frozen or fresh)
1 banana (frozen is better)
1 large kale leaf, biggest part of stalk removed
1 scoop vanilla soy protein powder
Water, if needed

What you do:

I just got a Vita Mix so I was testing it out using greens and stuff to see how it blended and wound up with this delicious smoothie.
1) Get all your ingredients out and ready to go. Core your apple and cut the celery into a few big chunks. Add to a blender with your strawberries and soymilk and blend until smooth. If the mixture is thick, you can add a little bit more soymilk or water to make sure it will continue to blend well, since you'll now be adding your banana, kale leaf, and soy protein powder. Blend until smooth, adding water or soy milk as you go to make sure it's not too thick.
There's a very distinct celery taste to this smoothie, so if you're not a fan of celery, I don't recommend it. Otherwise, it is quite delicious!
