Fruits and Nuts Yogurt Salad
What you need:
1 (8-ounce) container plain nondairy yogurt
1 Fuji apple, cored and chopped
6 strawberries, chopped
1/4 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon roasted sunflower seeds
What you do:
Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
