Fat Free Asian Inspired Salad Dressing

What you need: 

2 tablespoons grated ginger (jarred)
2 tablespoons grated garlic (jarred)
1 tablespoon sweet red chili sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
Juice of 1/2 fresh lime
2-3 tablespoons mango salsa (I use Trader Joe's)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (or your favorite mustard)
3 tablespoons rice vinegar or cider vinegar

What you do: 

All of the measurements are approximate and can be played around with, be creative too...add whatever you think would be good for your tastes!
Basically, just add all these ingredients into a small container and shake em' up. I use a lot of sugar in my because I like it sweet. I also sometimes put in a Asian spice blend. The end result will be a thick dressing that is great over salads and stir fry. Enjoy!
