Zesty Lemon Dressing

What you need: 

1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Braggs Liquid Aminos (or soy sauce of your choice)
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup oil (or less)
2 tablespoons of dried basil
1/2 cup brown rice (mushy)
2- 4 crushed garlic cloves

What you do: 

Blend soymilk, lemon juice & Braggs in blender.
Add seasonings and oil to center until thickened and center-hole closes.
Place in salad dressing bottle and keep refrigerated.

This is sooooooo  delicious!  All of my family & friends (meat eaters and the vege eaters) enjoy this ... it taste like ceasar but then it could also pass for blue cheese ...

Suggestion:  Depending on who you are preparing the recipe for go light on the garlic (I like garlic though so for myself I use alot) but for others I just use 1-2 cloves and it gives a nice sutle taste!
