Easy Pita Pizza

What you need: 

1 pita
part of 1 can of tomato paste/sauce
2 slices tofutti mozzarella
1 slice tofutti american (? the yellow kind)
oregano, jarred

What you do: 

The instructions are pretty obvious. Take the pita out of the bag. If you like a crispier crust, put the pita in the oven/toaster oven for a few minutes before preparing the pizza. Dont cook it all the way though!
Spread a layer of tomato paste on the pita, leaving an outside crust. Rip up the vegan cheese slices and place on the layer of paste. Sprinkle oregano on top. Cook on baking sheet in oven or toaster oven at 400 degrees until vegan cheese melts (about 6 to 8 minutes).
The best thing about this recipe is that none of the ingredients are obscure. I used to make this with my house mates in college as an appetizer for dinner, because college dinners were so un-appetizing. Wed get all of the ingredients from Wegmans and I imagine you can find all of them as well.
